PGA BAOBAB COURSE

Take a swing on the par 72 PGA Baobab Course, which has been selected as Kenya’s #1 Golf Course by Top 100 Golf Courses.

THE COURSE

The finest golf course in the East African region, the PGA Baobab Course on Vipingo Ridge is the perfect setting for players of all abilities. Designed by David Jones, the course is located high on the ridge allowing play in cooler conditions than on other courses on the Kenyan coast. It offers spectacular views, numerous water features and challenges even the best golfers.

The premier 18-hole course, which is the only PGA accredited course in East Africa, lies between the coastline and the rolling green hills inland. The capricious Kaskazi and Kuzi monsoon breezes and a meandering system of lakes and streams running through the championship-level 18 holes, makes ‘The Baobab’ a challenge and delight for every golfer.

The PGA Baobab Course was designed by David Jones, a former Kenya Open Champion, a ‘Master’ PGA Professional and a Director of the European Tour. The course meets international standards, bringing an unparalleled dimension to golf in East Africa.
